Terms of Service

By creating an account or using PostDart (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

PostDart is operated by Prolific Logic ("we", "us", "our"). The Service is available at app.postdart.com and related subdomains.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a dashboard notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to create an account.

You must provide accurate and complete registration information and keep it up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (TOTP).

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not you authorized them.

You must notify us immediately at support@postdart.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

PostDart is a social media management platform that provides: multi-platform publishing (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok), post scheduling with auto-publish, unified inbox for direct messages, comment management, engagement analytics and leaderboard, AI Studio tools (Content Writer, Smart Schedule, Content Calendar, Auto Reply, Image Prompt Generator, AI Chat), team collaboration with role-based permissions, and subscription management with multiple payment providers.

The Service requires you to connect your social media accounts via OAuth. PostDart interacts with these platforms through their official APIs and is subject to each platform's terms of service, rate limits, and API policies.

PostDart offers four plans: Free ($0/forever), Pro ($15/month), Business ($29/month), and Lifetime ($200 one-time payment).

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis through your chosen payment provider (Stripe, PayPal, or Amazon Pay).

All prices are displayed in your local currency using current exchange rates. PostDart supports 14+ currencies.

You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from the Pricing page. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Refunds are handled according to each payment provider's policies. Contact support@postdart.com within 7 days of a charge for a refund request.

The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment for permanent access to all Business-tier features. This access remains valid for as long as PostDart operates.

You agree to use PostDart in compliance with all applicable laws and each connected platform's terms of service. Specifically, you agree NOT to:

•Use the Service to post spam, misleading content, or content that violates any platform's community guidelines

•Attempt to circumvent rate limits, API restrictions, or platform policies through PostDart

•Use the Service to harass, threaten, or abuse any individual or group

•Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

•Share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals

•Use automated tools or scripts to interact with the Service outside of its intended interface

•Upload malware, viruses, or any malicious content through the Service

•Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or publish through PostDart. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

By using PostDart, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. This license terminates when you delete your content or account.

When you use AI Studio, your input (text, images, prompts) is sent to Groq for AI processing. Groq does not retain your content or use it for model training. The AI-generated output belongs to you.

PostDart's interface, design, code, documentation, and branding are the intellectual property of Prolific Logic and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

By connecting your social media accounts, you acknowledge that:

•Your use of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok is governed by their respective terms of service

•PostDart's ability to publish, schedule, and sync data depends on each platform's API availability and policies

•Platform API changes, rate limits, or policy updates may affect PostDart's functionality, and we are not responsible for such changes

•OAuth tokens expire periodically and must be refreshed by reconnecting your account

•PostDart is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta, Google, TikTok, or any other social media platform

If you use PostDart's team features (Business and Lifetime plans):

•The workspace Admin is responsible for managing team members and their permissions

•Team members must have their own PostDart accounts

•All team activity is logged in the audit trail

•The Admin is responsible for ensuring all team members comply with these Terms

•Removing a team member revokes their access immediately but does not delete their personal PostDart account

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

PostDart depends on third-party APIs (social media platforms, Groq AI, payment processors). Service quality and availability may be affected by third-party outages or API changes.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service with reasonable notice. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before discontinuing any core feature.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POSTDART AND PROLIFIC LOGIC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

•Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service

•Loss of revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill resulting from Service interruptions or third-party platform changes

•Content published through PostDart that violates platform terms (you are responsible for your content)

•Unauthorized access to your account due to compromised credentials (you are responsible for account security)

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prolific Logic, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@postdart.com or using the account deletion feature in the dashboard.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the Service in a way that threatens the security or integrity of the platform.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Your data will be handled according to our Data Deletion Policy.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the jurisdiction in which Prolific Logic operates.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Prolific Logic is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
